If works the same as the Tachymetre but is used to tell the heartbeat frequency:
- start the chronograph and
- stop it after you counted 30 beats (hence the Graduated for 30 pulsations)
The big sweeping chronograph seconds hand will point to the number of heart beats per minute (heart beat frequency).
Example: if you count 30 beats in 30 seconds the chronograph hand points to the 60 beats per minute position on the perimeter track.
