WATCH POP

here is the Jubilee on the buffalo strap (taken from an IWC mark XV). The idea behind using this strap was to create a more
vintage looking combo. I am not sure I succeeded, although I like it better every day I wear it (and I am wearing it for 4
days in a row now which is remarkable ... I have never worn the Dato for 4 days not alternated by another watch)
Same image, but with a selection of the area desaturated a little (well a little more then just a little)
Pictures are edited on my laptop which most of the times leads to a little to yellow hue when the same image is viewed on an CRT type monitor!

Edwin I love this piece of art (and it writes beautiful too). When I picked up this pen I had to decide between an Emperor sized ´Rabbit in
Moonlight´ and this Yukari Royale sized ´Snowy Egret´ and although I was impressed with the quality of the Emperor artwork and
knowing green isnt one of my favorite colors .... I still picked this pen since it is SOOO drop dead georgeous. It is quiete
´loud´ with the gold accents but I dont care (victory!) and I love the combination of black, gold and green!

I really like this picture if you dont mind me saying so. I have tried taking pictures of this pen before but none of the
resulting images did ´catch´ the pen´s looks ... I guess the background plays an important part in a picture.

But absolutely love the Namiki, though. Love it. screwing around with that classic!! :-)
I know it's fun to give watches different looks with different straps (heck, I do it myself) but don't mess with the Anniversary!
In my opinion...........The only strap that looks great on this watch is a large grain croc/gator. Nothing else measures up.
You can change colors but stay with a large grain croc/gator.
