Lange 1815 Wempe Limited edition
Thanks
Answer:
I have more than a few thoughts on it as I own one. If, like me, you were waiting for a black dialed 1815 and also weren't fond of the clipped six look... this one fits the bill perfectly!
Not only is the dial well executed, but the reverse isn't bad either.
I must say it's not been the most praised on TZ... and (rather thankfully) not an attention grabber when worn, but it's not a purchase I regret.
As for what price is fair... you'll have to e-mail me directly as we can't discuss prices openly.
As for what this piece is likely to do in the future... well, honestly... I've not worried about that sufficiently to break out my crystal ball.
While I can say that this example has not lost a cent since I purchased mine two years ago (based on known examples still for sale, and thanks in part to the devaluation of the USD)... even if the bottom were to fall out of the market, I would still own a beautiful (at least in my opinion) time piece... hardly a bad place to be.
