doesn't recognize a Lange und Sohne (remember I have a lange-1 )
To make things worse he told me my watch was very heavy for a steel watch ... I know that my watch is called 'stealth' but if you are selling watches, and GO produces Pt watches too, I would suspect that the salesman would recognize the watch as being made of Pt (he had it in his hands for minutes!).
All in all a disapointing introduction to GO (he could only show me 4 watches)or ... am I spoiled by having a beautiful Lange und Sohne watch which I choose/bought in May last year when I was surrounded by at least 80 beautiful L&S timepieces: Lange-1's, Langematik's, Lange-1 Tourbilon's, Lange-1 moonphase's, Langematik Perpetuals, langematik Anivers., 1815 moon, Dato's et cetera .......
I think I need a cold beer before I go to bed.

BTW : To end this post with a (couple of) 'positive' note(s): 
- my wife did not complain about my plans of spending more money on these silly-'things'-that-go-on-the-wrist-make-a-ticking-sound-while-not-doing-anything-else-that-a-100-euro-'thing'-doesn't ;
- she also told me that she thinks that the SS IWC Big Pilot watch is not going to look good on my wrist
- and that the Lange-1 is 'much nicer' than the GO PanoReserve
- and she likes the VC powerreserve too
Maybe it is time to introduce her to a Langematik or, another Lange-1; a Rose gold with silver dial yummi yummi into a dealer and I'd say 50% of the time the salesperson doesn't even glance down to see what watch I've taken off before trying on one he/she is trying to sell me. I think it is indifference to what they are selling. I know if I was selling high end watches I'd be interested in knowing what my potential customer was wearing.
I wouldn't put the fault at GO's feet. you'd never run into this lack of attention to what's on your wrist. Never, ever.
I'd suggest hopping on the 'cycle and zooming to the Big Apple when it warms up.
