Need info and help choosing between 2 speedmasters

I would appreciate any information in making a tough decision between two different Speedmaster watches. I'm considering both the Broad Arrow (ref # 3851.20.12, caliber 3303) and the Legend limited edition (ref # 3559.32.00, caliber 3301). Any input is appreciated.
