Mike Hailwood 1967: the bees knees of movements.

I must still be a newbie, because I haven't seen one like that, yet. Damn, you know what happens now :-) Nice pictures. I liked most of all the bumper. It looked very nice with that strap. Would you mind, telling me the size of that Seamaster bumper

Cheers, Jeff Mike Hailwood 1967: Thanks Chris, I like it as well. I have seen one other almost exactly the same, but it have full Military markings. It had R.C.A.F. ( Royal Canadian Air Force ) on the dial and full Military markings on the CaseBack. The watch came from a retired Watchmaker who owned a shop locally, and he had had a few of these. Best he could recall he had bought up some surplus at some point in time. In very good condition, it's a "keeper".

Thanks again, Jeff Mike Hailwood 1967: Is not often seen, the 861 caliber mvmnt was modified to include a date, but lost the 12hr counter in the proccess. This particular example is well worn, was on a wrist every day for 20yrs. I still like it,
