Need help with Seamaster Pro clasp

Hi,

My Seamaster Pro bracelet clasp does not securely fasten - the nub that clicks into the channel does not seem securely held.

Advice, please?

Many thanks,

Harry J
Answer:
Hmm, I *think* the push pin type. You fold the clasp down onto a mushroom shaped stud, release it by pressing a pin on either side of the clasp.

TIA,

Harry J
Answer:
1. Make sure the diver's extension is properly stowed. (Image borrowed from Chronocentric) Check the Chronocentric Seamaster FAQ if you need more explanation on the diver's extension.

2. Make sure the clasp is free of dirt and grime that might be getting in the way.

If neither of those helps, it should probably get looked at.

Hope this helps,

But mechanical watches partake of what my friend John Clute calls the Tamagotchi Gesture. They're pointless in a peculiarly needful way; they're comforting precisely because they require tending." - WG

Answer:
Ahhhhh... that seemed to do the trick - I did not have the lip of the diver's extension as it should be - thank you!
