Help with repair

My 14K Omega (like the one pictured on the link below, only quartz movement) recently stopped running and the Omega authorized service center in SF told me the quartz movement was shot and of course, they don't make them anymore. On top of that, they lost the face marker for the 4!
Does anyone know where I can get these items? The face also has a slight bend at the bottom so I'd like the replace the whole face. I love this watch and don't want to replace it.
Thank you very much,
Bob www.trocadero.com/watchco/items/406328
Answer:
When your watch gets out of order you have a choice of two things to do: throw it in the fire or take it to the watch-tinker. The former is the quickest. -MT

Sorry, lets try this

Answer:
A few years back Omega had all of their repair centers send all vintage parts back to Omega Swiss so that the only center that could handle vintage repairs is the factory. Older movements can be trickier to work on, so by making the factory the only repair center for vintage movements, Omega knows that the vintage movements will be worked on by watchmakers who know how to work on them.

The authorized repair shop in San Francisco probably can't order parts for the movement since Omega US can't get the parts from Omega Swiss due to the age of the watch.

Damon

P.S. Please do not post links to on-going eBay auctions since it's a violation of here's rules. When your watch gets out of order you have a choice of two things to do: throw it in the fire or take it to the watch-tinker. The former is the quickest. -MT
Answer:
Thank you for the information.
What is the name/model of this watch? I can never find any info on it and don't have my box or paperwork anymore.
Thanks again!
