WWYD? (What would you do?) On this bracelet "issue" of mine...
Here is my question, would you repair this bracelet or put something else on this funky watch? If you would put something else on it, what would it be?
Best suggestion gets recognition when I put it all back together. (Think Warhol and 15" of fame.)
Answer:
which means the bracelet has been disigned to fit that watch, and only that watch. there's not allot can be done unless you track down a newer looking original bracelet from the same watch or you contact Tissot for a replacement (iff they still make them). alternatively, you could try looking for a rubber strap and cut out the bit in the middle of each end to fit the case, or try and look for one roughly the same shape to see if it will fit;
if it won't, i suppose you could trim it down to fit.

Answer:
It looks very much like a modern Citizen integrated bracelet I have if you're trying to hunt down a viable replacement. A Tissot one would of course be nicer... Hope this helps,

Answer:
I thought the bracelet attachment points looked similar, but after looking closer I don't think it's close enough. The tongue on the Citizen looks like it would be too deep.
Sorry,

How old is my vintage Omega? - Omega Serial Numbers by Year
Answer:
First choice - get another one in better shape and replace the bracelet & possibly the case. Second choice - fashion flexible lugs ala Rolex Cellini Cestello or Xemex Offroad. Kind of expensive, though.
I never liked the "notched" bands; they were always sloppy unless original.
