Would like opinions on Seamaster 2569.52, the Racing Chrono in Stainless
Anyway, I'm coming from the Breitling camp, never owned an Omega but always loved them. Can anyone offer me opinions/information on this model? Pics would be greatly appreciated also, as I've searched the archives and didn't find a single pic on this forum.
Thanks all.

I am saying good bye to mine after 1 1/2 years.. It has been a fantastic watch and I can recommend them, never seen another one and have not tried the steel - you may find it heavy as even the titanium feels heavy..
If you can try one on...
The circles turn first blue then red then back to black as long as long as the chrono is running - one circle every minute.
Designed for the skippers of yacht races to reacyt to the start signals at 5 and 10 minutes. I used mine to time pasta, you get used to the colour configurations.
I am selling to invest in vintage watches, well actually because I have already spent the money on vintage watches and have a large visa bill to pay…Such is life. In an ideal world I would keep it – reality has to prevail…
Good luck

Too bad... I was going to ask you about a possible purchase. But thanks so much for the info, and the great pics. I love to look of this watch. One more question... is it noticably larger than the regular 41mm Seamaster Chrono? I know it's a couple of mm's larger, but does it "feel" like it? I love the wrist presence of a large and heavy watch, so I appreciate the feedback regarding the weight of the Titanium model. You don't happen to have any pics of it on your wrist by chance? Thanks again.

This watch has several unique features compared to the regular Seamaster chrono. It has luminous subdial hands, skeleton hands for the main time, and no (redundant) helium valve.
Answer:
Ah! I didn't know it had the luminous subdials! Thanks for the info. I like the fact that it doesn't have the helium valve also... maybe just me, but it looks a little funny sticking out like that. I wish I could see a shot of one on a wrist though, to see how it rides compared to the regular 41mm Seamaster. Any pics out there?

Thank you so much for the pics... that's exactly what I was looking for, to see the difference in size between the Racing and some of the other Seamasters. I really like a big watch, having a Super Avenger and a couple of Chrono Avengers. I think the Race is for me after all, and I'm placing my order for one this weekend. Even your comment that the pics exagerate the size a little is helpful. Thanks a million for making the decision a little easier by posting the pics. This is a great board.
