Vintage watch identification

Can anyone tell me anything about this vintage Omega watch please ? It contains a 620 calibre movement and the serial number (20230562) dates it to around 1963. Omega watch Co and Adjusted to two positions are other engravings on the movement. Inside the back cover the factory engravings are Carrure Lunette, Plaque OR G 20 microns, Fond Acier Inoxydable and the numbers 111.022. Other engravings that have been done by hand are P5862, 3871H & 6884H. Here's hoping you have some idea. Thx.

HI
this is the first one I see another one. I have had mine since the age of six (1962) - it has been my first watch and it was given to me for Confirmation. I have worn it up to the age of 16 (proud of the pink gold case and classy look) when I put it in a drawer and passed onto a Seiko Bellmatic .... Three years ago I had it olied and cleaned, it goes well.
It used the manual wind 620, originally used as a lady movement, but also used, as you can see, in ultraflat small Omegas. Not much commercial value, also becaue of its small diameter (33mm) - but immensely important to me.

Thx for your posting Franco. I see that the difference between our watches is that mine does not have Omega under the signature.
Nice watch with tremendous sentimental value.
