PO 45 on small wrist

Do you think someone with a 6.75 inch wrist could pull off the larger Planet Ocean? I currently have a 41mm black SMP, and was considering something larger for my next watch. Even though the 42mm PO is larger, it seems smaller than the SMP. The next step up, however, is the 45 mm. Would it look dumb?
Answer:
I have the same wrist size as yours. Indeed, the SMP looks larger than the 42mm PO. That's because SMP's bezel diameter is 0.2mm (AFAIR) larger than PO's.

Anyway, I have the 42mm PO. Here are some sample shots.

Answer:
and I have about the same size wrists as you

Here's a few comparison shots for you:

I have exact same size wrist and have tried on the 45mm at my AD. I like the way it looked on my wrist. It fit good.

BTW, I once owned a 45mm PO for 5 minutes. I was on my honeymoon and my wife went to DEFCON 1 when she saw it. She asked me why I had to include a watch in our time of happiness or something. So to keep things peaceful I returned it 5 minutes after buying it. Anyway, I smell one finding its way to my wrist within the next couple months. ~PANTON VEL NUSQUAM~ ***The following link to AWCI will help you find a Certified Watchmaker/Repair Facility in your area:http://www.watch-clock-makers.org/ *** - 2001: A Space Odyssey
Answer:
I have a small wrist too. I'm getting the 42mm because it looked great on my wrist. Let no good deed go unpunished.
Answer:
I have a small wrist as well. As soon as I tried on the 42mm, I knew the larger watch was not a good idea. Go to your AD and try it on. See how it feels. If it's right, it will sing to you.

Answer:
My wrist is 6" and I have the 42mm PO. It fits great, although it'd be even better if it were 40mm (smaller). I wear it on the right hand & find that I can't go running with it because the HE release valve cuts into my wrist (causes an open sore). But for normal non-athletic wear, I love it!

Answer:
I have about the same size wrist. I had the 45, found it too big, especially with sleeves, etc. I got the 42 and it's great. I find it feels bigger/bulkier than my blue Bond Seamaster. Whoa! a new wife who cannot stand you having a watch on.....that is a real danger signal to me....My wife chides me about checking my watch frequently...but then I am one of those Type A people--until I told her in no uncertain terms to leave that issue alone.

I would take the wathc off in the "right" moments, but I wouldn't let no wife tell me to ditch a watch. I like wearing a watch, I like knowing what time it is, I like being on time, I like being punctual. She would not be my wife for too much longer if that happened. Answer:
45 wears fine on my wrist it's 7" but could be
6"3/4 I'm never sure how to get the exact measurement.

I have it on both dive and bracelet and it's really
comfy on either.

You should try it on, a lot can depend on
your wrist shape my is very flat top and bottom
if my wrist ws "rounder" it may not wear
so well Cheers Ryan
Answer:
