Does anyone know where I can get the Seiko watch James Bond wore in Octopussy?
I have scanned ebay for months and seached the web to no avail - are they really that rare, what could I expect to pay for one in good condition?
James Bonds Seiko Actually an auction for a broken one on Ebay just ended a few days ago.

I'd imagine that a good one on Ebay would sell for 400 - 500 dollars mininum. There is a very high collector demand for this model. Anyone know how many were produced? Any links to to any sites that have details of the watch? The identical model as used in the movie may (or may not) be rare, but Seiko produced that identical dial/movement in at least one different case. And those different-cased ones--that work--have gone for less than $170 US on Ebay.

G757 is the movement number to look for.

I have found two of the other case styles on ebay for around $125 each. Can you believe that wristwatch.com had some NOS for like $80? They were gone pretty fast.
