WATCH POP

I have a 7002 Diver where I have scratched up the bezel, and am wondering how difficult it is to swap it out for a new one.

Do they pop out, or are they glued in? I have Googled around a bit, and it seems that a replacement bezel is not too hard to find, but I wasn't able to find any kind of step-by-step "How To" instructions.
