I just received my first Seiko diver, a 200m automatic, model #7S26-0020 and have a couple questions.

First, am I correct in saying this watch cannot be hand wound? I've tried the different settings on the crown and none seem to wind the watch.

Second, I figured out the quick-set function for the date but for the day it seems I must rotate the hands through the days of the week until I reach the correct one. Once that is accomplished I use the quick-set for the date. Is this correct as well?

Third, my watch arrived with the rubber strap; is there a recommended dealer for the SS bracelet for this watch? If so, please email me the info.

Is there anything else I should know? As you can tell the watch, although brand new, arrived without any papers.

It seems a very solid watch and I must say I very much like the feel of the bezel as it rotates. The superluminova is fantastic and the watch glows like a torch after only brief exposure to sunlight.

I felt a watch collection wouldn't be complete without a Seiko automatic and I am very pleased so far with the purchase.

I have the Orange Monster and a Seiko Five. I usually set my watches the same way, one day behind then adjust the time to the next day, AM or PM.
