I suspect the 9581 may be a misprint for a 9F81, in which case you can't do any better. But if it's really 9581, I don't think it's real. Try looking for GS quartz in Jayhawks, http://www.ittc.ku.edu/~jgauch/watch/database1.html
I've never seen a movement number anything like that.

Thanks for your input. Me too I have not heard anything about the Seiko 9581 module until this week, when I saw at least 4 Grand Seiko GS 9581 offered for sales in Japan and US websites. Pls see pic attached.
