WATCH POP

I am checking out a used Seiko GS quartz, model 9581, pic attached herein. I have heard all the good things about the Seiko GS quartz 8Fxx or 9F83. How about the 9581 movement? How do you campare it with the 8Fxx or 9Fxx? But if it's really 9581, I don't think it's real.

I've never seen a movement number anything like that.

Good luck Fran Thanks for your input. Me too I have not heard anything about the Seiko 9581 module until this week, when I saw at least 4 Grand Seiko GS 9581 offered for sales in Japan and US websites. Pls see pic attached. Jayhawk shows at least one. I haven't searched further. See link.
