Here's a Illinois swingout Nickel 18s pocket watch case. The case has the crown removed in the pic. It's hinged at the 12 O'clock you can see it in the pic at the 6 O'clock position you just insert you finger nail and swing it out to get at the movement. Sort of an early 1 piece case Just don't forget to pull the stem up before you try and lift it up at the 6 O clock cut out.. The watch is torn apart but I found these pic's on my hard drive before the restoration process
