Military Omegas

Dear All,
Though I have been collecting Omegas for quite some time, this is my 1st post in the Vintage Forum. Hope that the experts in the Vintage Forum can enlighten me with some info:
1. How many types of Omega Military 30T2 are there in the market and would appreciate any photos.
2. What is the significance between those with or without W.W.W engraved at the back. Are the back normally snap backs or screw ins?
3. How many types of hands are there for the military models. Wonder if there is one with a sub-second dial and blued art decor (leaf type) hand with tritium (think mercedes hands but not oblong, leaf shaped).
Thanks for the feedback and Merry X'mas.
Answer:
No idea on how many models there
Depending on the requirements of the watch. Some will have different markings (related to the service that orders) and some are either snap (ealier models) to screw back.
I know my early model I had used blued 40's styled (not leaf), but later models used radium in a couple of styles.
Can't recall any genuine military Omega with small seconds.

Hi Peter,
I'd be interested in knowing the answer to your question too. I've posted some pictures of my (now broken) ww2 omega on flickr at the link below. Do you know anything about my watch as I don't know a great deal?

Hi Mike,
Can say that yours is original. I have looked up many of the member's old post and website. Maybe someone will post some answers or links to our requests. Just bring yours to a watch maker and you will be sorted. Yours is a 30T2, nickel plated. Just search in the forum and there are few exactly like yours.
The one that I saw is an aluminium case with small seconds. The hands are similar shaped, blued with luminious material (maybe tritium). I can say that the dial is original with military logo, movement and the case is original but not too sure abt the hands.
Congratulations on your watch. Cheers and happy new year.
